Per City of Palm Springs regulations, the home allows 8 overnight guests and up to 12 daytime guests. Exceeding these limits may result in cancellation without refund.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM with your own custom 4-digit smart lock code. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests are asked to start the dishwasher, place linens on the beds, leave towels in bathrooms, and take trash/recycling to the outside bins. Late check-out requests (up to 1:00 PM) can be made through the Happy Guest link, based on availability.

Palm Springs enforces a strict no amplified outdoor music policy. Additionally, quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations can result in fines or cancellation of your reservation.

Unfortunately, this is a no-pet property. Pets are not permitted inside the home or in the backyard at any time.

The spa heats in under 30 minutes using the control switch located next to the breaker box by the outdoor dining area. Pool and spa lights are on the same panel. Please do not touch or tamper with pool equipment—contact the host if assistance is needed.

The home includes a K-Cup coffee maker, a traditional drip coffee pot, oven with range hood fan, and a dishwasher. For best results, lightly rinse dishes before loading and use eco-friendly cycles when possible.
